A table-ready training pathway

The programme combines instructor demonstrations, supervised repetition and observed assessments. Learners practise in realistic table layouts and are assessed against documented standards rather than classroom attendance alone.

Game procedure

Blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker-room sequences taught with clear verbal calls and game-protection checkpoints.

Guest communication

Professional table presence, accessible explanations, conflict de-escalation and responsible-gambling awareness.

Curriculum and assessment

  • Table opening and closing controls
  • Manual handling drills and payout calculations
  • Game protection, surveillance awareness and incident escalation
  • Canadian provincial regulatory expectations
  • Observed practical examination and written knowledge check

Programme format

16 weeks · campus-based practical delivery · supervised table hours · final independent assessment.
